Naazhig-AI ("the Service", "we", "us") delivers a daily Tamil calendar and Thirukkural over WhatsApp. By messaging SUBSCRIBE to our WhatsApp number, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Naazhig-AI computes Tamil calendar data (tithi, nakshatra, yogam, karanam, rahu kalam, nalla neram, and related timings) astronomically, using Chennai as the reference location for sunrise/sunset-based calculations. This is accurate for Tamil Nadu and a close approximation elsewhere. The Service is provided for informational and devotional purposes only — it is not professional astrological, religious, medical, financial, or legal advice, and we make no guarantee about outcomes tied to any date, timing, or prediction it surfaces.

Subscription tiers & billing

Tier 1 ("On-Demand") replies with your card when you message us. Tier 2 ("Auto-Delivered") additionally pushes your card automatically every morning. Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis via UPI Autopay, processed by Razorpay — see current pricing on our home page. By setting up a subscription you authorize us to charge the payment method/UPI mandate you approve on each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how, and what happens to the current billing period.

Your conduct

Don't use the Service to send abusive content to us, attempt to disrupt delivery to other subscribers, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on Tamil calendar data or predictions it surfaces, or for delivery delays or failures caused by WhatsApp/Meta's platform being unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
